RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-day Return & Refund Service
We allow returns or exchanges of products ("Devices") purchased directly on dreamflyrc.com. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase as specified in your proof of purchase.
If the device was purchased through a 3rd party website or the other purchase method such as a retail purchaser ("Resellers"), you must comply with their respective return and exchange policies. We will not honor or accept returns originally sold by other resellers. Thanks for your understanding. To be eligible for a return or exchange from dreamflyrc.com, the following conditions must be met:
① If the device damaged upon delivery, or the seller sent the wrong product/inconsistent product, you can apply for a return within 30 days and receive a full refund. We will get back to you within 3 days.
②Regarding the returned product, we do not undertake the shipping costs if it's not the product itself problem and if the return to China is required, we also do not take the tax that may occur.
And If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
